離心打開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)可**百葉窗打開(kāi)或關(guān)閉，使百葉窗開(kāi)啟時(shí)阻力**小，風(fēng)機(jī)流量**；關(guān)閉時(shí)嚴(yán)密，能有效阻擋舍外的風(fēng)和光線進(jìn)入雞舍；采用優(yōu)質(zhì)尼龍PA66制成，確保打開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)使用壽命；打開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)部件鏈接均采用銅鉚釘鏈接，耐磨不生銹，靈活性好，降低摩擦系數(shù)；導(dǎo)向桿采用304不銹鋼外加特殊材料，**強(qiáng)度、不生銹、降低摩擦系數(shù)；Centrifugal system open the shutters at complete 90 degree to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume. 外框均采用鍍鋅層厚度275g/m2的熱鍍鋅鋼板，有效提高風(fēng)機(jī)抗腐蝕性能力；百葉窗鏈接件采用優(yōu)質(zhì)尼龍制成，確保使用壽命，打開(kāi)靈活；百葉窗厚度分別采用0.8mm和1.5mm熱鍍鋅板制成，**百葉片今后不變形，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)；Frame adopts Hot Galvanized sheet with zinc thickness of 275g/m2, which extremely improve its anti-corrosion performance. Shutter fixed parts are made of high quality nylon which ensure long service life, open flexibly.Shutters are made of galvanized sheet with thickness of 0.8mm and 1.5mm, ensure shutters no deformation, running stable.

皮帶采用日本進(jìn)口三星皮帶，確保使用壽命，免維護(hù)；2010年將A型皮帶改為B型，使皮帶使用壽命在原來(lái)基礎(chǔ)上增加3倍；Belts are Japanese Mitsuboshi brand, ensure the long service life, maintenance free. From 2010 the first adopt Type B belt which 3times longer service life instead of type A.

電機(jī)有裕韻三和電機(jī)和西門(mén)子電機(jī)供客戶(hù)選擇，可根據(jù)客戶(hù)需要電壓、頻率定制；電機(jī)均采用防護(hù)等級(jí)：IP55、絕緣等級(jí)：F級(jí)；Both Yuyun Sanhe brand motor and Siemens brand motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency can be customized. Motor protection grade IP55, insulation class F grade.

扇葉皮帶輪、鋁法蘭均采用高強(qiáng)度鋁鎂合金壓鑄而成，重量輕、振動(dòng)小；并經(jīng)過(guò)噴砂處理外觀漂亮、消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力，有效提高自身強(qiáng)度；Fan belt pulley and flange are made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting. 電機(jī)掛板固定鉚螺母由圓型鉚螺母改為六角形鉚螺母連接，并加有不銹鋼墊圈，鉚接強(qiáng)度大大提高、會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)；Motor plate fixed nuts, first change round type to hexagon type. And with stainless steel washer, more firmly, never loosen.

風(fēng)機(jī)兩側(cè)加有塑料提手，使風(fēng)機(jī)搬運(yùn)、裝卸方便，設(shè)計(jì)合理、不傷手、外形美觀；Fan side frame with plastic handle, easy to carry, convenient to load, reasonable design without injuring hands, beautiful appearance.

風(fēng)機(jī)采用鋁合金拉桿重量輕，不變形；拉桿上加有耐磨滑套，有效提高配合間隙，降低摩擦系數(shù)，確保百葉窗開(kāi)啟靈活；拉簧采用優(yōu)質(zhì)304不銹鋼制成，長(zhǎng)期使用不變形、不生銹；Linking parts are made of aluminum alloy,light weight,no deformation,added with wear-resistant shaft sleeve.Reducing friction to ensure the shutters open flexibly.The spring is made of 304 stainless steel,long service life,no deformation,no rust.

風(fēng)機(jī)墊圈均采用不銹鋼制成，外觀漂亮。不生銹；Standard parts especially the washer as fastener parts are made of stainless steel, no rust, beautiful appearance.

風(fēng)機(jī)軸承均采用法國(guó)進(jìn)口雙列軸承，特殊的防水設(shè)計(jì)，使水不能進(jìn)入軸承，強(qiáng)度高、噪音小、壽命長(zhǎng)、免維護(hù)；Fan bearing adopts imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design. High strength, low noise, free maintenance and long service life.

風(fēng)機(jī)立柱兩端固定件由傳統(tǒng)的鐵板改成鋁鎂合金底座，傳統(tǒng)的焊接連接改成插接連接，有效降低風(fēng)機(jī)震動(dòng)率、固定更加牢固、避免生銹、提高美觀度；
